I absolutely loved everything about this cute little granny unit. I was eager to find somewhere after the sale of my house, which happened quicker than expected. I have two pit bulls who they accommodated, which is rare for the area. The permanent tenants in the main house were very friendly and generally kept to themselves. The backyard is amazing, the private entrance is great, and the housing agency brought by a bunch of stuff/goodies during my stay. I got my full deposit back and they were accommodating on my need for adjustments regarding my reservation dates. I would rent her 100 times over again, in the event I ever need a rental on the coast again I will definitely be checking out this place first. It was a little smaller than I would have liked for my son and I + our two dogs and a cat; however, it was so cozy and decorated cute, none of that mattered.
