We had a great experience at this condo. I am always a little leery of vacation rentals because I like to stay somewhere that is very clean. This condo was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Although it is not directly on the beach, it is a very short walk to the sand/pier (3 minutes). This proved to be advantageous because at night, we did not encounter any of the street noise that comes from all the people walking around the area of the pier. You also are within very close walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants and bars and the property provides two designated parking spaces which is a real plus in the Pismo area. The unit is on the second floor and there is an elevator which was helpful.
