Browse through our properties page and choose the home that suites your needs. Once you've made your choice, you may view, check availability, and then reserve your property online.

If you prefer to make your reservation by telephone, please call us during regular business hours on our Reservation Hotline (866)737-7367 to confirm the availability of your selection and to secure a reservation. This toll free line is Beach Bum Holiday Rentals “reservations” number. You may also email your reservation requests to us at thebum@beachbumreservations.com .

Reservations can also be made in person at our office at 702 Dolliver St . Pismo Beach. Our office is open from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Monday through Friday and 10 A.M. to 2 P.M. on Saturday & Sunday we are closed on most holidays.

Please designate one person in your party to be responsible for all correspondence and payments regarding your reservation and arrival plans. This person is responsible for all payments and other responsibilities spelled out in the rental agreement.

Additional Reservation Policies:

An in house guest will be given the first option to roll over for the same time period or longer for next year.  This option has to be finalized prior to in house guest check out.
