DO NOT GO TO THE RENTAL PROPERTY FOR CHECK IN, pick up keys at our Beach Bum Holiday Rentals and Management office in Pismo Beach at 702 Dolliver Street . Check-In time* is between 3:00pm and 5:00pm weekdays. We are also open Saturdays and Sundays, 3:00pm during summer weekends and 2pm in the off-season. You will receive two sets of keys, garage door openers where applicable, and a map guiding you from our office to your rental property. Please call our office for after hour's pick-up instructions. *We are closed for major holidays and key pick up will be via the lock-box at our office.

Check-Out is no later than 11:00am sharp on your date of departure. Keys and other items need to be returned to the office where you checked-in, no later than 11:30. Late departures may incur an additional housekeeping fee.

If you depart prior to our scheduled office hours, please drop keys and any other items through the mail slot in our blue drop-off box to the right of our front door.

A minimum fee, but not limited to $25 for each key and $75 for gate/garage door openers not returned will be deducted from your deposit. You may also be charged for any re-keying and reprogramming if necessary.

There are no refunds for early departures
